Africans and Jews

Why don't African Americans get more limp instead of still looking African with pale skin that looks mulatto and mixed or just albino in the same culture and type of look and feel and tendency, like getting gray hair?

Jews. Obviously why don't they get cleaned up and not so gritty and|or stupid? The old paintings are righteous enough by Greece which looks interesting compared to Cosovo (Kosovo)
